Lectrotab standard trim tab actuators are covered by a 7-year warranty to
be free of material and workmanship defects for trim tab actuators installed
on Lectrotab brand trim tab plates with a Lectrotab control switch and
single actuator per tab systems.

Actuators that fail for reasons other than material and workmanship defects
will not be covered under warranty.

Trim tab actuator(s) must be connected to Lectrotab brand trim tab plates
and control switch to qualify for the 7-year warranty. Actuator warranty
applies to complete Lectrotab boat trim tab systems with a single actuator
per tab (two tab plate systems only).

Dual actuator per tab systems or actuators installed in a system with nonLectrotab parts fall under a 3-year warranty. Actuators installed or used in
applications other than trim tabs are not covered by our warranty.

Actuator failures due to normal wear and tear, excessive force, exposure to
the elements, misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence, incidental or
consequential damages or a failure to follow Lectrotab’s written installation
instructions are NOT covered by this warranty policy.

This warranty policy does NOT cover labor cost, hauling fees, travel fees or
any other associated fees pertaining to replacing the actuator.
