Actuator Warranty Policy

• Lectrotab standard actuators are covered by a 7-year warranty to be free of material and workmanship defects for actuators installed on Lectrotab brand trim tab plates with a Lectrotab control switch and single actuator per tab systems.
• Actuators that fail for reasons other than material and workmanship defects will not be covered under warranty.
• Actuator(s) must be connected to Lectrotab brand trim tab plates and control switch to qualify for the 7-year warranty. Actuator warranty applies to complete Lectrotab boat trim tab systems with a single actuator per tab (two tab plate systems only).
• Dual actuator per tab systems or actuators installed in a system with non-Lectrotab parts fall under a 3-year warranty. Actuators installed or used in applications other than trim tabs are not covered by our warranty.
• Please review all warranty information located on the lectrotab.com website.
• Actuator failures due to normal wear and tear, excessive force, exposure to the elements, misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence, incidental or consequential damages or a failure to follow Lectrotab’s written installation instructions are NOT covered by this warranty policy.
• This warranty policy does NOT cover labor cost, hauling fees, travel fees or any other associated fees pertaining to replacing the actuator.
